Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Alpha Trading Pros mentorship program, student portal, recorded sessions, live sessions, and related materials (together, the "Services"), operated by Alpha Data Capital under the brand Alpha Trading Pros ("we", "us", "Alpha Trading Pros"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Education, not financial advice

The Services are educational. Everything provided, in recordings, live sessions, the portal, quizzes, chart reviews, and any written or spoken commentary, is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we provide is personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a recommendation that any security, strategy, or transaction is suitable for you. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

2. Risk of loss

Trading and investing in stocks, options, and futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of your capital, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance, whether of a strategy, an instructor, or any example shown, is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any profit, income, or specific outcome, and any hypothetical or illustrative example does not represent actual results and does not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access to the Services is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred. Recordings, materials, and portal access are for your individual use only.

4. Purchases and access

Prices for each membership tier are shown at the point of sale. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Access to a tier and its materials is provided after payment is received. What is included in each tier, such as the number of private sessions and the markets covered, is described on our site at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Services, including recordings, written materials, quizzes, diagrams, the portal software, and the Alpha Trading Pros name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Alpha Data Capital and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own education while your membership is active. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by sharing your access, redistributing materials, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the portal, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms without refund where the violation is material.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, including a payment processor and a video hosting provider. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party brokers, prop firms, exchanges, or platforms you may choose to use in your own trading.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Data Capital and Alpha Trading Pros will not be liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Data Capital, Alpha Trading Pros, and their personnel from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your trading decisions, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
