Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for an Alpha Trading Pros membership, operated by Alpha Data Capital. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before you purchase, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.

All sales are final

Memberships are non-refundable. Because a membership grants immediate access to recorded sessions and portal materials, and reserves one-on-one mentor time, the value is delivered as soon as you enroll. For this reason, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Understand what you are buying first

We want every student to enroll with clear expectations. Before you purchase:

• Review what each membership tier includes, described on our site.
• Understand that this is educational mentorship, not financial advice, and that no result, profit, or income is promised or guaranteed. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
• Ask us anything before you buy. Email info@alphadatacapital.com and we will answer your questions so you can decide with confidence.

If something goes wrong on our side

The no-refund policy covers change of mind and dissatisfaction. It does not remove your rights where we have failed to deliver. If a technical problem prevented your access, a session we owed you could not be delivered, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right in good faith, which may include restoring access or issuing a correction for that specific failure.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing problem, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
